subj: The Joy of Hypnotic Sleep
{!firstname_fix},
if you don't know how to induce deep sleep in yourself,
then you're at a major disadvantage.
The sleep you're getting (or not getting) is aHUGE factor
in the overall quality of your life. The skill I've mastered better
than any other as a professional hypnotist is being able to put people
(often times strangers) into deep sleep-like trances.
You see hypnosis is the state between being awake and being asleep
and hypnosis aims to bring you right to the middle of them.
So that you can use the logic of your awake mind and the imagination
of your asleep (dream) mind to create changes.
So, I got very good at bringing people right to the edge of sleep.
(I was able to use this skill in my own life to master my own sleep).
Ironically, most people who suffer from insomnia and sleep disorders
are often using hypnosis, but they're using it against themselves.
Like if you wake up at 2:14 AM, look over at the clock and start getting mad
as you picture how tired you're going to be when you wake up and
how exhausted you'll feel at work and the stress of your boss yelling at you...
and on....and on....and on....
and the more you think like this the more worked up you get
(the opposite direction of sleep).
But, you can just as easily relax yourself and fall asleep at will.

subject: New Study Finds Hypnosis Created 81% Increase In This Crucial Stage Of Sleep
Hi {!firstname_fix},
Hypnosis has long been known to make people sleep better by guiding
them to release stress and tension from the body and quiet the mind.
And now a new study by the University of Fribourgin Switzerland
has shown another very important effect hypnosis has on sleep.
Slow-Wave Sleep or Deep Sleep is considered the most restorative sleep you can get.
During this time your brain processes everything that happened during
your day and allows your mind and body to rejuvenate and re-energize.
As people get older the amount of time they spend in Slow-Waveor Deep Sleep
reduces significantly, which leads many people to complain of "non-refreshing"
sleep and on-going fatigue.
During this study they tested the effects of hypnotic suggestionon this
Slow-Wave Sleep cycle and found that the participants who listened to
hypnosis sessions with specific hypnotic suggestions to"sleep deeper"
increased their time in the Slow-Wave Cycle by approximately 80% in
people that were deemed suggestible.
I was so excited by this discovery that I decided to make a 13 minute self hypnosis session using the exact same hypnotic suggestions used in the study, and I added
at no extra cost to the already powerful Sleep At Will Program.
If you'd like to master your sleep, wake up refreshed and enjoy an
abundance of energy all day, then check out the Sleep At Will Program...

subject: how to take a hypnotic power nap (instructions inside)
Hi {!firstname_fix},
One of the fastest ways to re-energize yourself quickly is to take a power nap. Here's a simple way to do it...
Step 1- Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and set a timer
(I use my phone) for how long you'd like to nap (no longer than 15 minutes)
Step 2- Get yourself comfortable...
Step 3- You're going to imagine you're in a comfortable recliner
in an elevator on the 20th floor of a building and that you're slowly
going down one floor at a time.
Step 4- Each time you begin to lower to the next floor, you're going to take
a deep breath and let it out, then say the number of the floor to yourself
and then begin to lower to the next floor and repeat the same process
until you reach the first floor.
Note: As you exhale, imagine yourself sinking deeply into the chair, releasing any tension in your body.
Step 5: Once you're on the first floor just relax, breathe and allow your body and mind to rest and recharge. If you fall asleep before you get to the first floor, good job.
The more you practice this the quicker you'll fall asleep.
This is just one technique you can use to feel more energized by becoming a "master" at sleeping.
